Dementholised Mint Oil:
Dementholised Mint Oil is also called Dementholized oil or Corn Mint Oil. Dementholised mint oil is obtained in the process of producing Menthol flakes & Menthol crystals. The other primary chemical elements of Dementholised mint oil are iso menthone, neomenthol, L-menthone, L-limonene, beta-pinene, alpha-pinene, methyl acetate, Piperitone. When it comes out from the process, then the L-menthol content ranges from 20% to 35%.
FAQ 1- Extraction Process (How to Make)
This method practice into the deep freezer which is at -45 C to -50°C about 48 hours. Further, the frozen oil is transferred into a basket centrifuge in which the menthol flakes are separated in form of flakes& solid form, unfreeze oil came out during the process is known as DMO (Dementholised oil).
